- Project Manager for the Maintenance & Engineering Year 2000 Project Team and was recognized as one of the “Keepers of the Clock” for the Maintenance team effort.
- Participated on the Corporate Intranet Council and was recognized as one of the pioneers for the development of the Maintenance & Engineering Intranet web site.
- Prepared the M&E Automation budgets through analysis of the business needs for hardware and software purchases.

- Implemented the Accounts Payable and Purchasing modules of the CA-CAS Financial systems. Recommended further reports to accommodate business needs. (MVS, IDMS, COBOL)
- Coordinated the project to analyze Maintenance & Engineering business requirements, data flow and automation needs. Accomplishments included: all aspects of project management, build vs. buy decision, vendor identification, product selection, product procurement, hardware procurement, system customization, implementation, customer training, change management and on-going project management. This effort required the implementation of a network supporting approximately 300 concurrent users. (CICS, ADABAS, NATURAL)
- Responsible for daily programming activities on all of the above systems.
