  • Analyzed business processes, data flows and user requirements and subsequently developed and maintained a PC based system used for storing all Southwest’s flight plans with Regional Air Traffic Control Centers throughout the United States .
  • Implemented the Accounts Payable and Purchasing modules of the CA-CAS Financial systems. Recommended further reports to accommodate business needs. (MVS, IDMS, COBOL)
  • Coordinated the project to analyze Maintenance & Engineering business requirements, data flow and automation needs. Accomplishments included: all aspects of project management, build vs. buy decision, vendor identification, product selection, product procurement, hardware procurement, system customization, implementation, customer training, change management and on-going project management. This effort required the implementation of a network supporting approximately 300 concurrent users. (CICS, ADABAS, NATURAL)
  • Responsible for daily programming activities on all of the above systems.
